I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again
I had a wonderful stay at QAWRA Palace Resort & SPA in Malta. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food at the buffet was absolutely perfect throughout the day, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The only downside was an unexpected issue at one of the hotel's restaurants: after purchasing food, I was told I could not eat it in another part of the hotel. This policy was not clearly communicated and was a bit unpleasant.

What was the highlight of QAWRA Palace Resort & SPA
Probably a better stay during the peak season in Malta but for the price it was ok
Breakfast was quite good but the same every day. Some of the reception staff were nice. The room and other service staff were all very nice. The location of the hotel was scenic and next to a bus stop.
I feel like I was misled by images and descriptions of the room as we have received two separate beds in our room although we selected our preference for a single large bed. When I brought up this issue in reception I was told that such beds do not exist and when I showed the image presented on the booking website the receptionist just ignored my argument stating again that such beds do not exist some of the reception staff were not very helpful or seemed not to care about problems I raised. The "spa" part of the hotel was also disappointing and as part of the booking only included 2 uncomfortably small saunas and a very small inside pool.

The food was varied and was well served and tasty. The service was constant and respectful and helpful.I would have no hesitation to recommend the hotel.
We have a dog that lives sleep and goes to work with us all the time. She is 9 years old and was hardly ever left alone. Your hotel is not dog friendly and that limited our stay as we could not leave her alone for long
